Clear old Insteon links?

I have some old links amongst my devices I would like to unlink with minimum effort. (I can't seem to unlink one of the KPL buttons from a SwitchLinc at all). I had hoped that when I added my Insteon devices to ISY99, and it defaulted to "remove existing links", that it meant it would get rid of them, but it didn't. Is there an easy way? Thanx!

Hi MikeBro,

 

If you are certain that you had chosen "remove existing links", then:

1. Factory reset devices that are responding abnormally

2. Right mouse click and then choose Restore Device

 

This should defrag the database as well as make your device be in synch with what's in ISY. This said, this would ONLY work if you are certain you did in fact choose the first open (remove existing links).
