Niccolo Posted April 10, 2012 Share Posted April 10, 2012 I just upgraded and now my iPhone and iPad will no longer get me to the admin console to check Elk security. I was able to download the admin console on my Mac, but iPhone and iPad won't open a Java file. Any solutions? Link to comment

Unfortunately we had to disable that feature for security reasons. Or, you cannot even arm/disarm ELK from the Admin Console (on a regular computer/browser)? With kind regards, Michel Link to comment

With kind regards, Michel Prior to the upgrade, I could go to the URL and be able to arm or disarm from my iPhone or iPad. I cn do it from a reguar computer, but obviously being able to do it - and check status -- from the iPhone is a major benefit. Is it possible to undo the upgrade? Link to comment

Michel: I am having a weird issue with 3.2.6 and iPhone. When I link to the site I get the blue UD screen and "Load config," but no panel asking for user ID and password, so it never actually connects. This does not happen on computers or iPad.
