Notifications stopped working without upgrading

My notifications were working fine, but a while ago they just stopped. Sometimes this would happen because I use the general service and the monthly quota was hit, but this has been going on since March 19 to be exact so it can't be that.

I saw that users lost notifications with version 3.1.17, but I don't upgrade often, and I'm still at version 2.8.14. Has everyone lost notifications and if so will an upgrade get them back?

Thank you

Hello rgn2000,

I strongly recommend upgrading to 3.2.5. Once that's done, you should look at your error log and see the type of errors you are getting. Sometimes it's a DNS issue and other times it could be network connectivity to the outside world.

With kind regards,

Michel
