I'm working on a DIY UPS solution for critical gear during power outages.

I need to power the ISY, Cablemodem, and Router in order to send SMS/Email alerts during an outage so I'm trying to find out if all the devices can handle ~12v inputs.

 

Can the ISY994i/IR handle a range of voltages safely?

This was previously answered about the 99i but I thought I would revive it for the 994i.

BrianH is right on and the power specs for 994 are the same as those for 99.
