resending a purchased module

Hi,

I'm having a problem downloading a module onto isy . i purchased the mobilinc module a couple of weeks ago . The payment has posted . The U.D. web site shows the purchase .

 

The module is not installed on the isy . How do i get the module resent . I have done this for customers and had no problem in the past .

Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Please go to Help | Manage Modules and follow the instruction on the screen.

 

If you get errors during installation, it usually means that ISY does NOT have access to the Internet. If this is indeed the case - and if you have setup your ISY with a static IP address - please make sure that your Gateway and DNS settings are correct. For DNS, you can always try 4.4.4.4 or 8.8.8.8 which are public DNS' for Google.
