We now have a Pool Control product compatible with Pentair Intellitouch systems.

This device allows you to see the status of and control your pool equipment through your Pentair Intellitouch control system. With ISY 2-way integration, you will have current pool status information stored in ISY variables including temperature readings and equipment status. You will also be able to send control commands to Pool Control from ISY using network resources. These features require the ISY network module.

Other features of Pool Control include:

- Web-Enabled

- Built-In Mobile App

- View and Adjust Temperature

- Turn Equipment On/Off

- Detailed Status Information

- Create and Adjust Programs

- Adjust Color Lights

- E-mail Alerts

- Helpful Service Reminders

I wonder if your pool control for the Intellitouch will also support EasyTouch systems? They apparently operate using a similar protocol and there is a rather large installed base. I just purchased one of these and will be installing it in the next few days. I had originally considered going with the ScreenLogic 2 that supports both Intellitouch and Easytouch, but this appears to be much more like what I need. I have an ISY-99i Pro and would love to be able to integrate that with the Easytouch. I have pulled CAT5e through a conduit to the pool house, which is right next to the pool pad. So, I could easily connect the Autelis unit up via CAT5e and have it connected via ethernet to my ISY99i.

Thanks for your post. We plan to support Easytouch systems in the future and encourage anyone who is interested in this compatibility to register their interest so that we can prioritize it accordingly.

Hi:

I have the Autelis pentair Easytouch installed and am able to read the various status into my ISY variables.

Is there any way of getting the ISY variables into Homeseer devices? so that I can integrate it into my Homeseer automation?

Thanks

I've written a plug-in for HomeSeer that interfaces with the ISY. It does create HS devices for variables and lets you create triggers based on changes to the variables and create actions that update variables. The plug-in is called ISYInsteon and is available through the HomeSeer store.

I actually have your excellent plugin , I just was not aware that it was capable of making devices for variables.

Thanks.

My next question is actually more for Autelis. I noticed on their setup page that under sensors, it is actually reading the water Temperature even when the pump is not operational.

But I do not believe that number is delivered into any variable. The only time that the water temperature is actually updated on the Autelis control page(and presumably your Homeseer devices) is when the pump is operational. I was wondering if we can get at that temperature number even when pump is not operational?

Thanks

And while I'm asking questions.

I have the Autelis set up and connected to ISY. I have been able to figure out most of the circuits but have a hard time with the following:

what is the Autelis reading on the following:

Variable (State_22)?

Variable (State_27)?

also is it reading the SWG intellichlor at all? is it putting the numbers into any variables?

Thanks for any help. Much appreciated

Finally, My last question:

If I would want to write a program in ISY (rather then Homeseer), (I am a complete novice in coding) to accomplish the following:

If air temperature is greater then 80 then Heater setpoint should be 75, If air temperature is less then 80 then Heatert set point should be 78. How would I code that for the ISY?

Much Thanks
