schebb Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 I have enticed a friend to jump on the ISY bandwagon and he is up and running through Mobilinc Connect but he cannot log in remotely via a web browser to the ISY UI. He has made all the correct port forward settings and we can ping the router from remote. An Explorer Diagnose Connection tells us that the router is online but not responding to connection attempts. Thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks. Steve
