Is it possible to have a single custom notification that can email/sms the last run time of several programs at once?

I currently don't see how you could do this, except maybe for the 'program details' option in the custom notification section. However, this only applies to the program sending the notification. If possible, I am trying to create a notification or program that can notifiy me of the last run time of several programs.

  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
