I have swapped our plms (tried 3) 2412s and 2413, have tried resetting plm, unplugged isy 99iR etc etc. All lights work from remotes and controllers, but can't talk to isy or plm. If you had a power outage and if your PLM was fried, there's a high likelihood that ISY's serial circuitry is also gone bad. If you are certain that the replacement PLM was in working order, then please do send an email to sales@universal-devices.com and to discuss RMA and replacement.
