Dedicated touchscreen controller options?

Hi,

I have the ISY-99i and I'm wondering if there are any touchscreen controllers for it. I know I can use an iPad/iPhone or Android device/tablet in a wall-hanger add-on, but I'm specifically looking for a permanent wall-mounted panel that wouldn't have a plug and wire sticking out of the side of it with a cable running down the wall to the plug. I would like something with a constant source of power that would not need to be taken down and recharged once a week or twice a month. Something similar to the IES wall mounted touch panel (http://www.iescorp-usa.com/?p=ies-insteon) but that works with the ISY.

Does anyone make such a device?

Thanks!

I'll try contacting IES to see if they've got anything currently.

Thanks!

Personally I would stick with an iPod or iPad with the app of your choice running on it. There are several nice in wall mounting plates that provide constant power so you do not need to remove the device for charging.

Plates for iPods run about $250, for iPad about $500

I have found that using your tablet with your ip address xxx.xxx.xx.xxx//WEB/index.htm with your browser yields the use of a good functional ISY interface. No special software needed.

You can even access your ISY with the https over the internet for remote access.

You also have the functional use of your tablet for other uses such as receipes and news along with the home automation.
