XML schema for program export/import?

I have downloaded the american.zip file from the wiki that contains the american.isy file containing programs to import. These programs contain schedule conditions for some common American holidays for the next several years. I'd like to creates some similar program conditions using other programming tools to then import into the ISY. Is there an XML schema available to describe the format of a program import file?

Unfortunately we do not have an XSD to describe program structure. Basically you need to use the exported one as template.
