The ISY994i product page on the UDI site describes it as extending the capabilities of ISY99i.

 

Are there any Zigbee products currently supported by the controller? The Insteon lock exist, but I'm looking for a lock which reports back actual lock status. I assume there are some Zigbee based locks which would be supported by the new controller. Is this the case?

There are no Zigbee locks. But, ISY994 will support ZWave locks (with an additional/optional ZWave dongle/kit).

Soon, I hope. :-D I don't have anything zwave yet but I would look into it for locks.
