I opened a ticket on it.

Correction in title. I CANT delete them. Had some errors connection Zigbee motions in past and I cant get rid of nodes. I am on 5.6.4 in eisy. Below is list of orphaned nodes. I have tried right clicking then remove node from Zigbee. Nothing happens. I have tried deleting but they come back when I do the Zigbee Update new and deleted nodes in top menu. Any idea on how to get rid of these old nodes?

Update: it appears to updating to latest patch has fixed the third reality motion dropping off. Its been running for a couple of days and so far, so good. Will chime back in if it acts up again but so far so good.

@DennisC Actually have not had a chance yet. Will do so tonight. Hopefully that does the trick. I'll post back results.

First week using a zigbee device on my eisy with IoX 5.6.4. It installed and functioned fine, but after a few hours it shows as a disconnected node and quits triggering programs. I had another one, so I installed it. It did the same thing. its about 25 feet away from eisy. Im a bit of a noob with these zigbee devices. Anyone have any tips or tricks? Or could it be IoX related?

@larryllixAd says 2 years under normal usage. A two year battery change isnt a problem for me on a few motions. I do have some Zooz zwave motions that are plug in but cost more.

Works great and cheap too ($16.99 on Amazon) Ordered two more. https://a.co/d/f6I7sMb The Zwave motions are an arm and a leg mainly as they put other features in them like Temp, Lux, etc. These cheap just motion detector zigbee devices are the way to go if you dont need all the other stuff.

Installed PG3 3.2.2 from 3.2.1 during eisy upgrade packages. Did my usual reboot after upgrade routine: When time to reboot, hit power button 6 times to shutdown, removed power cord for 30 seconds. Plugged back in. I went in to PG3 and did the reinstall node servers (even though said did not need to above). Everything came back up and is good to go. Thanks UD!

Update: I opened a Ticket as I could not get an Aqara motion or P1 motion to work with eisy. Response was Aqara requires their own hub and is proprietary. UD is not sure if they will ever be able to get those devices to connect. UD recommended the ThirdReality Motion as they have tested with it, so I ordered one from Amazon.

@Jimbo.AutomatesI have been using a ZooZ RGBW controller for a few years now and works great. Got two of them. One for LEDs around TV and one for Kitchen undercabinet lighting. ZOOZ ZEN31 RGBW DIMMER – ZOOZ (getzooz.com) I also have used three of these for about 4 years and work great. I have them in my crawlspace with a separate power supply controlling leds on my stairs. Color LED Controller (Z-Wave) - RGB Genie Both have been solid with my isy and now eisy.

Just got a new Aqara Motion P1 model today. It also is not connecting to Eisy. Will open ticket.

Thanks @Michel Kohanim Im sending it back to Amazon. Im going to get the newer Aqara P1 motion and will try it. If I cant get it to work, Ill open ticket.

Upgraded to 5.6.4 and tried to pair a Aqara Motion (Not P1). No luck. Anyone get any Aqara device connected to Eisy yet? Wondering if I should get the newer Aqara Motion P1 device instead. But before I buy, checking if anyone got an Aqara zigbee device connected yet?

Installed upgrade and then hit reinstall all node services. Working with Elk and notification servers. (Only two I am using right now)

@landolfiActually did not know that. Thanks. Not sure if Aqara devices are ready for prime time yet with Eisy.

@landolfi I held the reset button on Aqara Motion for 10 sec both ways. Once before I pushed add zigbee device and the second time, I pushed Aqara button after I pressed add zigbee device. Would be good to know if anyone got these Aqara motion (non-p1) or even got the new Aqara P1 motion to pair with Eisy?

Just bought a couple of Aqara Motion Detectors (Not P1 but original model) off Amazon. Not pairing with Eisy 5.6.4 Checked Zigbee support then save. Rebooted Eisy Now have zigbee Drop down menu. Clicked add zigbee device Held button on device for 10 seconds. It flashed a view times but did not connect to Eisy. Has anyone been able to get these to work on Eisy? I saw latest 5.6.4 enables Zigbee Motion devices so thought I would give them a try.

Went from 5.6.3 to 5.6.4. Everything seems to be working fine. Note: I, like @Geddy always after upgrading, power down (6 clicks of power button), then unplug the eisy for about 30s, then plug back in. Had a problem in past where that fixed a problem, so now I just do it. Thanks UD devices team for your dedication to making the product better everyday.

@Jimbo.AutomatesI was. I can select it either in IoX or UD Mobile but the only ones that work are disarm and the two "Armed Next" options. The others flash like Armed Stay but then go back to disarmed

Thanks @Jimbo.Automates. The only Armed Status that will set my Elk with UDmobile or IoX is "Armed next Stay Mode" or "Armed next Away Mode". Is that the only two that allow you to change the actual armed status of the Elk alarm from eisy IoX or UD Mobile?

Tried going into elk node in UD mobile for eisy. Trying to set the alarm in stay or away mode in UD Mobile app. Is it possible? Thanks.

I do it with setting a vacation or Away variable. If I set my Elk alarm away it sets the variable to 1. Then all my away programs look for my away variable if 1. When I disarm my alarm the away variable is set by to 0. You could also use UD Mobile to manual set an away variable. Im not into microphones being in my house. Not that Im saying anything concerning. I just value my privacy. I know some will say what about your phone or your Roku device that is listening. I set all those off for microphone listening. Whether they do so or not is another story. That being said, when I sell my house, I will most likely convert my Eisy controller to whatever the most simple controller there is and add Alexa or whatever else is popular at that time. High probability of whoever is buying house not being a techie.
