  1. You could factory reset then install last good backup. Jon...
  2. You might first check the device links table (right click on device > Diagnostics > Show Device Links Table ) then click compare. Links in device and ISY could be identical. If they aren't identical you could try Restore Device (right click on device and select "Restore Device.") Also, open event viewer to level 3 (Tools > Diagnostics > Event Viewer and change level to 3.) operate the device form the admin console then copy trace from event viewer (click the clipboard looking icon on bottom toolbar) and paste into message and post. Jon...
  3. Power light only on is normal unless there's network activity. Try rebooting ISY (remove power for 30 sec then plug in) and observe the panel light activity. Jon...
  4. You also need to install the 32 bit version of Java Jon...
  5. Clear Java Cache again and try using the application. Jon...
  6. You'll have to upgrade to 994i to use the portal. The last firmware update for 99i I believe is 3.3.10 You'll still need to fix the problem however. Jon...
  7. BTW.. since your firmware is so dated I'm curious as to which ISY you have? 99i or 994i? Jon...
  8. If the device is definitely not listed you can telnet in and use RF to remove file I think the command would be RF /CONF/20829C.REC Jon...
  9. To be certain in admin console Main > My Lighting and sort by address (click address on top of the column.) Jon...
  10. You need to remove device 20.82.9C and relink it. 20829C.REC is ISY's database record of the device. Jon...
  11. Couple things... your redundancy of $sLuxAverage_South isn't necessary.. $sLuxCurrent_South >= 1500 should suffice but the problem is $ShadesMorningPaused = 1 in the Then statement. This turns the program false and halts everything. You might put this at the end of the Then actions after another wait of 5 sec or so... Easy way to test programs is to watch them operate Turn Status Icons to Detailed and play with the time and other conditions so you can watch the program operate. Jon...
  12. You can troubleshoot this program by right clicking and selecting "Run Then" to see if your control actually works. If it does then issue is with the conditions. It also helps to set program status icons to detailed (right click program, Status Icons > Detailed) Red bar indicates program conditions false, green bar program conditions true, solid green running then, solid red running else. Jon...
  13. I'm thinkin' this is the start of something much bigger and it'll be fun watching as it develops Jon...
  14. Cree has bad reviews on this forum but seem to rank high in other comparisons online. I think the 18w power draw probably is fair for 100w equivalent but I don't know and as for -55'C I have the impression electronics generally function better in cold weather? Jon...
  15. I don't know if you wouldn't be better placing the temp in a variable then using the variable in the program. Jon...
  16. Here's a list of their clients.. Jon...
  17. I only recall an email address required if you wanted to enter for the $50 and I don't recall the request for any other personal info. Jon...
  18. Actually... thinking about it that's a very good question. I think the OP would better his efforts if he were to remove the thing about the money, announce who he represents and why this poll might enhance our experience with Echo. Jon...
  19. Good question Seemed legit to me.. it was well done and as I recall focused on Echo usage, features and future enhancements. Jon...
  20. I've got bunches of Cree and probably a dozen 100w and have had no flicker at all. The replacement is 100w installed outside and it's on now, no flicker but time will tell Jon...
  21. To elaborate a little... IMO voice control for HA offers many advantages but requires development that would allow affordable placement in multiple locations and allow notification from ISY to Echo. Jon...
  22. I was the one who took the poll so I guess that would imply it's my opinion Jon...
  23. I did the poll and it took some time to complete; so the great north appears excluded. My thought in taking it was to illustrate interest in HA use for Echo and not the reward Jon...
  24. I didn't read your entire post but am jumping to a conclusion Over a week ago the portal was upgraded in a number of ways, one which allowed 4 alias names for each device. After that it was noted that in the amazon alexa app (alexa.amazon.com) there were duplicate entries for each device, one of which was grayed out and marked off line. I bet if you visit the app you'll notice this in yours as well (http://alexa.amazon.com > Settings > Connected Home > Devices ) You can remove them one at a time or at the bottom of the page select forget all devices and groups then rediscover. Jon...
  25. Ok.. so 10 days after contacting Cree my replacement light bulb arrives UPS nicely packaged and all. However, after opening I discover what I've received is a package which has already been opened for one reason or the other. Not certain if it's a return item or if a repaired item but the packaging definitively has been opened. You can see the left side of the plastic covering the bulb. Anyway.. plugged it in and it works.. Jon...
