You can reset the username/password back to admin/admin by following instructions from the Wiki... Reset Username and Password to Defaults Use a sharp object to push in the Reset Button till the RX, TX, Mem, Error lights start blinking (every second) Hold for 5 seconds till the RX, TX, Mem, Error lights turn on/off consecutively (RX -> Tx -> Mem -> Error) Release Jon...

So I'm assuming the address of the switchlinc dimmer you got the error code on is 13.60.88? You may have to Delete then relink the device. Jon...

You need to get the correct codes for your television either by using iLearn or from Global Cache but yes.. you will not be using IR but rather communicating directly with the TV using TCP protocol. I don't fully understand it but IR is a series of light pulses that the receiver detects and that binary data is then encoded by the TV's software to usable information. I believe what you'll be doing is bypassing that IR encoding and delivering the resulting information directly? If that makes sense Jon...

I just had to replace a battery in a LS and afterwards test all functions and during wet test found it didn't work even though showed off status so hit set button again and that reset it so it triggered? Not certain the issue I had but you bring up a good point Jon...

Just got off the phone with Cree and without any issue they're sending out replacement. I'm really surprised! Not that I'm real happy now with Cree quality in general but I was able to leave comment about the failure and corroded contacts and all so this might help. Jon...

I think setting up the resource is similar to what's discussed in the WF2IR thread. Using iLearn to obtain the code I've include an image to what I believe the resource should look like. Jon...

When I tested my leak sensors I placed them on a damp paper towel and that was sufficient. Do you see any type of activity from the LED on the sensor when placed in the wet environment? What version of the UI are you using (admin console help > about?) Edit: you could also use metal across the contacts to simulate wet condition Jon...

I just checked my connected home device list in amazon alexa app and noticed there duplicates which were grayed out. I'm assuming this has something to do with the newly implemented list coding in the portal? Don't know if this is what you're talking about or not? Jon...

I think what might be happening here is your condition is changing from On to Off (maybe you're removing it from the wet location) and so when condition is reevaluated, wait is terminated. You can watch the program's status change in the admin console, right click program status icons > detailed. Jon...

Yes, DON is Insteon for "device on" (I think It may be you either need to save your program or enable it. Right click on the program and select "Copy to Clipboard" then paste your program into message. And sorry.. my code was written in 5.0.2 and uses the "new" Control lingo. Jon...

I'm uncertain I understand the issue but the easy way to test is to have the leak sensor nearby and a means to create a wet condition then open event viewer to level 3 and observe events. Also observe status condition of leak sensor wet in UI and report back failed conditions. Leak Sensor Test - [ID 00DA][Parent 00CC] If 'Leak Sensors / AC Evaporator / LS - A.C. Evap-Dry / LS - A.C. Evap-Wet' is switched On And 'Leak Sensors / AC Evaporator / LS - A.C. Evap-Dry / LS - A.C. Evap-Wet' is not switched Off Then Set 'ApplianceLinc' On Else Set 'ApplianceLinc' Off Jon...

A couple things you can check... In admin console Help > About Firmware and UI version. Right click on device Diagnostics > Show Device Links Table < then Compare Firmware and UI should always be the same. Your Device Links Table should be the same as ISY Links Table for all devices in Scene. Is it possible you manually linked devices either before or after adding to scene? Jon...

After uninstalling and factory reset you might open Event Viewer to level 3 and copy linking events then post back trace. I've developed a habit with new devices to link from the same outlet as my PLM. I have extension cord I've parted the outlet end from and use that for wired devices and a short adapter I use for wall warts. Jon...

I just contacted Home Depot and after I don't know how many menu selections finally spoke to someone (Wayne) who claims Home Depot has a 90 day return policy. I specifically asked about LED light bulbs and his response was yes, they will accept return of failed bulb w/ either receipt or CC within that 90 day purchase period. Seeing I'm probably over a year into this bulb I'm left only now with Cree directly. Saved me an unnecessary trip anyway Jon...

Glad to hear you're connected again I'm confused though -->> The jnlp is just a little metafile, not the actual app <<-- the .jnlp is the standalone java UI application not dependent like the applet on browser security and resources? Jon...

Apparently you have the sensor contacts mounted in a position very near the garage door opener (the motor) itself (or at least on the same plane?) In your configuration any position of the garage door 2" away from the contacts will show the garage door closed and there's no query to prove otherwise. The door could be 4' open and show closed and you'll never know unless you have a camera Jon...

I don't know how other manufactures connect the base to the globe but the contact surfaces on the PCB are definitely corroded. Jon...

I think the 2413s came out in the latter part of 2010 while the 994i came out around the end of 2011 and I don't know the first reported instance of ALL ON but it seems to me to be around mid 2013. If there were a timeline showing PLM versions and etc to ALL On occurrences it might help. Jon...
