  1. When you change the Status of Test2 the Conditions are reevaluated and since the switch is not turned off again the program changes to False. Put your Actions in a second program and call it from the current program. Rand
  2. I have several low voltage power supplies plugged into LampLinc dimmers. I don't want to call them transformers. Transformers, the old wire-wound steel frame devices, are almost guaranteed to function properly. Power supplies are not. I have found that some work perfectly and others have a limited range or do not work at all. I have to believe that only trying them will determine their functionality. If the output is abnormally bright, or if it blinks or flashes, or if the LL becomes hot then it is not going to work. I have not destroyed a LL by testing, only through continued use. Rand
  3. Hello Mitch236, I suggest using separate programs. First, Sunset: If Time is Sunset Then Set Scene 'Outside Lights' On Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') For the Light data see this Wiki example: ISY-99i_Series_INSTEON:Light_Data_Program Rand
  4. There is a wired Insteon coupler: SignaLinc-INSTEON-Phase-Coupler-Hardwired. Rand
  5. Shoot. I was just thinking that! I forgot the switched On line If Control 'Study Motion-Sensor' is switched Off And Control 'Study Motion-Sensor' is not switched On Then Wait 10 minutes Set Scene 'Study Lights' Off Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') That should make the Off program quit. Rand
  6. Hi Mike, Have you used Disable Internet Access? Then change the port number for HTTPS. After the ISY reboots Enable Internet Access. Rand
  7. Hi geogecko, Re-enable the Off command and try something like this: If Control 'Study Motion-Sensor' is switched On Then Set Scene 'Study Lights' On Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') If Control 'Study Motion-Sensor' is switched Off Then Wait 10 minutes Set Scene 'Study Lights' Off Else - No Actions - (To add one, press 'Action') Then all you have to do is move sometime between the 1 minute time-out of the motion sensor and the 10 minute Wait in the Off program. Rand
  8. Yes. ISY-26_INSTEON:Resetting_Your_Userid/Password Rand
  9. When you control the scene with all the lights all the lights will respond as well as the KPL button. A scene with just the KPL button(s) will only switch the button(s) on/off. Rand
  10. Hello mgreene, Enable Internet Access attempts to instruct the router to forward port 443 to the ISY. This does not work on all routers. Since you have forwarded the port using your router interface you are done. There is no need to use the ISY menu command. Rand
  11. If the button is in a scene with at least one responder the ISY writes the links to the IRLinc and the responder(s). After that the ISY is out of the picture, the IRLinc should tell the responders to react. The ISY is a responder only so it can keep track of the device states. Does the ISY think the responders should have turned on? Rand
  12. It is a hardware limitation on older KPLs. You can use the button at the bottom of the KPL display to create a MutEx group instead of putting the other buttons in the scene. Buttons can only turn On when the scene is turned On. Rand
  13. I don't have an IRLinc either. I'm hoping delston can tell us how this works
  14. To add already learned buttons to the ISY you need to add the IRLinc using Link Management | New Insteon Device and select option 3 to keep existing links. This should create the buttons and a scene for each button. After that you can use Link Management | Add Button to IRLinc Receiver to teach the commands to the IRLinc and add the buttons to the ISY. You do not need to use programs. Link_Management_Menu#Add_Button_to_IRLinc_Receiver Rand
  15. Any scene in the ISY can be controlled by the ISY. The ISY will use the settings in the base scene. Any other controller of the scene can have different settings, these settings are displayed when the controller is selected in the scene. Rand
  16. KPL buttons have to be in a scene to control them. To turn your scene on after any one or more lights are turned off: If Status 'Light a' is < 22% Or Status 'Light b' is < 31% Or Status 'Light c' is < 55% Or Status 'Light d' is < 90% Or Status 'Light e' is < 12% ...etc. Then Wait 3 minutes Set Scene 'What I want' On Else No actions I put in a Wait so your wife doesn't see it happen and keep turning the light off Rand
  17. Hello Clarence, Do you have both the switch and the InlineLinc included in the scene? The InlineLinc should allow you to set the level and rate. The SwitchLinc will only allow On/Off. As a work-around you could remove the 2474D and add it back as a 2475D (Add New Insteon Device). Which ISY firmware are you using? Rand
  18. To configure the KPL button to only be On when your scene is True you could use a program like this: If Status 'Light a' is 22% And Status 'Light b' is 31% And Status 'Light c' is 55% And Status 'Light d' is 90% And Status 'Light e' is 12% ...etc. Then Set Scene 'KPL Button 1' On Else Set Scene 'KPL Button 1' Off This could include turning a scene off, a device on, etc. but it may be easier to use another program to watch for 'Light a' to change to 100% and then react. Rand
  19. Batch mode, when On, allows you to create scenes and change parameters without writing the links to the devices. After you have made all your changes you can switch batch mode off and walk away while all the links are pushed out. Next to Batch Mode on the toolbar is Battery Mode. This delays writing links to battery powered devices much like the batch mode functions with wired devices. Rand
  20. Hello donkur, Any version should load without error. Be sure you have the correct file (99i/26) and use a PC that is wired to the same router/switch as the ISY. You may need to disable your firewall software. Rand
  21. Hello Tom, Make sure the two switches (and the KPL button?) are in one scene as Controllers. If the non-functioning switch is in the scene as a responder you will have to remove it and add it back as a controller. Rand
  22. Please try to reset the button to Toggle or set it to Non-Toggle On.
  23. When the KPL is selected you should see a button at the bottom for Toggle Mode. Rand
  24. Hello AnthemAVM, Add New Insteon Device does not query the device for it's version. Rand
  25. Is the button in non-toggle Off mode?
