Cannot get Smoke Bridge to send commands to ISY
A couple things I did different from your install was that I performed a factory reset of the smoke bridge even before it was ever linked. I find this step very important to ensure no ghosts are in the machine. Next I add the device to the ISY Series Controller. I then link the smoke bridge to the one link device. Last, test using the unit and observe email and state change in the ISY UI. For the sake of asking you do have both sides of the electrical feed coupled and bridged right? Confirmed via the 4 tap method and using the install manual for those devices? Encrypted By: Phoenix Security Solutions

Trying to show the OP the color difference between the two items. The crappy picture makes it hard to tell but I assure you its different but to the average person is more than fine.

Sending email notifications - sometimes they don't work
It should work with any SMTP provider. Having said this it costs you nothing but time to set up a free g-mail (dedicated) email account for the ISY.

One of the simplest things to do is delete the device and add it back into the scene. If it works then you're good to go! If it doesn't then check the four items we all mentioned above. Encrypted By: Phoenix Security Solutions- Is Z-Wave on the ISY994 reliable or still kind of alpha/beta?
Also to note the custom keys are a different colour than the OEM keys. The custom keys are grey in colour and the OEM are a shade of green. The white chichlet is also a different hue of white. Custom keys are definitely the most professional way to go for long term use. Expect from the time of ordering to your door about 3.5 weeks. Also, to add this make sure the ramp rate isn't set for something like 9 minutes! That would appear to the user the light is off. I would also check to make sure the device isn't set to always off mode.- Breaker panel craziness
I believe the install manual indicates it should be installed on the HOT / Live leg and neutral, not on the load side.- Breaker panel craziness
Oh, nothing at the moment! Just keeping my eyes open for some useful tools for any future installations that might require this little device. I was really hoping to find some old stock of the Leviton 78XX filters but they are no longer being made.- Having Issues Adding New Devices?

Paul, Did you actually install the XPNR inside a standard sized outlet box? Any install pictures of yours in place would be great as it would help me gauge if they will fit into my (massively stuffed) J Box's!- Is Z-Wave on the ISY994 reliable or still kind of alpha/beta?

I would ask you to observe the ISY / PLM. Unplug the PLM and see if the ISY stays in a good working state and can send email. Next, mimic a sustained power outage by removing the power cord from the UPS, while leaving the PLM unplugged. This will also provide you a real world runtime you can expect with the load on hand. What are the results? Now, plug the PLM back in, with the UPS fully depleted, and plug the ISY back to utility power at the (exact same time) what are the results? You may be very surprised as to how it all reacts and operates after a power outage.- Switchlink won't respond to scene

Engage UDI and see if they will honor the replacement upgrade for you, if so great. Regardless, they also offer the Z-Wave module so that would be a good time to upgrade and migrate to the 994 Series Controller. Migrating from the 99 to the 994 is all documented in the Wiki and is very straight forward.- Hidden Door Sensor low battery program help
