No, you seem to have trouble with terminology and you are hell bent on venting: We never pushed anyone to use Matter alpha; its alpha status was explicitly communicated, so there was no deception involved. CSA's rollout timeline is entirely separate from our platform integration. Conflating the two is like saying the fabric is ready and blaming the tailor for not having a finished suit Regardless, I know you need to vent. So, feel free ... I just won't be responding anymore.

I am sorry eisy has been painful for you. That said, eisy is not beta nor is it alpha. I think you are conflating eisy with the plugins (third party node servers). Also, if you read all the news, every new product rollout had a reason: we went to r2 because the CPU in eisy became obsolete. We added lite, because RAM costs got quadrupled since January of 2026 which would make r2 unreachable for those migrating from 994. And through out all this, we have not once said that you must upgrade from your old eisy to r2 or lite simply because eisy is still as capable of r2, and more powerful than lite. And we always give a minimum of years EOL notice. So, EOL for eisy is at least not for another 2 years. Regardless, unless you submitted tickets using a different name, the only tickets I see from you for the last 3 years is only the one for today.

As much as I understand frustration, what I don't understand is repeating irrelevant snippets of frustration and hoping for a resolution through ether. To solve issues, you need to submit a ticket. If that's too hard and reduces the joy of venting your frustrations online, then unfortunately we have neither a solution nor a resolution for you.

No, the updates come directly from eisy. That said, depending on the version, UD Mobile might not get notifications that the upgrade was completed. So, it's always best to be local and using Admin Console just in case things go awry. With kind regards, Michel

Hello all, some comments: Make sure neither subject nor body are blank If you have 994, especially such old versions as 4.7.3, you are pretty much on your own because it does not support the new security suites required by google I know this is regarding gmail, but just in case you are using "Default", please note that over the years, we had to add many security/throttling/blacklisting mechanism to prevent hackers (and some customers) ruining our online mail reputation by sending mass emails. So, you might have been black listed. Recovery options for eisy Included in the original post. Home Assistant not starting up after upgrade: In order to support IPv6, /etc/rc.conf will be rewritten. If you had Home Assistant running, you might need to add the following lines in /etc/rc.conf: vm_list="homeassistant" vm_enable="YES" vm_dir="zfs:zudi/vms" If this still does not work, try: vm_dir="zfs:storage/vms" In short, you need to use the zfs pool name that you used during setup. eisy-ui with no status / Subscription not working With kind regards, Michel
