  1. Sounds good, i will try that. Thank you
  2. Hello everyone, I have a Lamplinc that turns on everyday in my living room when it is sunset. Recently, the Fanlinc light portion turns on at the same time. They are not linked in any way. The program I have for the Lamp does not have it in there. There are no routines or scenes that they are integrated with other than one. I disabled that routine and it still turns on. In the log, I can see it turn on but it doesn't say what turns it on. I was going to take apart the fan to get to the fanlinc and just factory reset it if needed. It is just a pain to get to because of the height and disassembly. Would anyone know how else to see what is causing this?

Instead directly connecting to each camera and opening ports for access, I'd rather go through Blue Iris. Sent from my SM-F946U1 using Tapatalk

Has anyone used UD Mobile to connect to your cameras through Blue Iris? I would prefer this route as all of my cameras are isolated from being reached through an exterior connection.
  5. Okay sounds good. Thank you for the info. Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  6. Thank you for the response. So my plan was to add these around the kitchen countertops to replace my regular white LEDs. I was able to include it in my Eisy, but when I turn it on, it does not do anything. I will try to mess with it more to see why it is not working correctly. Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  7. Just wondering if anyone has used one of these controllers? How do you control the different colors? Thanks Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  8. They are mostly all Insteon and the few Z-Wave devices are not having issues. They are not all the same devices either. From IOLincs, Micro On/Off, 8 button keypads, and a few Switches. I have noticed that some of them show red led lights when pressed. I have even deleted them and reinstalled them but no change. I do have about 65 devices throughout, so it is not all of them reacting this way. The motion sensors are working fine too. Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  9. I did follow the procedures as what was mentioned in the migration of the Eisy. But like everyone else, I did run through some issues and I finally had it working. I have tried quite a few times to do a restore on those devices with no change. From UD Mobile, I am still able to control them but it is not automatically updating those devices. 10. Hello everyone, Ever since I upgraded to the Eisy, I have noticed that a lot of my devices are not updating their status. Once I run a query, it then will update the status of that device. I'm trying to confirm if it is my PLM or just the Eisy. I also seem to have a few that will lose communication but then reconnect on it's own. Any thoughts are appreciated. 11. I just submitted the ticket. Thanks Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  12. It's on Android. I tried a fresh install and it continues to crash. Sent from my SM-F926U using Tapatalk
  13. So I am not sure why UD Mobile keeps crashing. It was working fine up until I began changing statuses, colors, and icons in my favorites about two weeks ago. Now it will not stop crashing when I open the app. I tried removing the app and to start it new, but it is still crashing every time I try to open it. Any suggestions, please? 14. Okay thank you. What a bummer!
  15. When the first version of the Polyglot came out, I was able to connect my Nest thermostats to my ISY. Is there another way to connect them to the Eisy that others are using? Thanks
  16. So I just found the serial to rj45 cable that came with one of the PLMs that I had as an extra and used that to connect to the Eisy. It is now up and running. I used a usb A to serial db9 adapter to the Serial cable to rj45 to a RJ45 coupler to the Ethernet cable to the PLM. Kind of a mess but it worked.
  17. PLM was plugged in and connected to the Eisy before I turned it on. Still having comm issues. I am making my own cable as I found out that the db9 to rj45 adapter was wired different as this was typically used to connect to other fire alarm panels. Now just trying to make my own at least until UD has them in stock again. I did try to factory reset the PLM but i still have the 0.0.0 v0/ not connected for my PLM status.
  18. So I just received the Eisy this afternoon. I am trying to set it up as it is replacing my Isy-994i. I was able to restore the backup, migrate everything. But it will not see my PLM. When I check the PLM info/status, it shows not connected. I am using a usb to Serial / Serial to DB9 adapter. I also tried to factory reset the PLM, but it did not help. Any other ideas? PLM Status 0.0.0 v0 / not connected
  19. I will give that a shot. Thank you
  20. Hello io_guy, I recently had my Raspberry Pi that was running Nodelink totally crash, so I decided to install Nodelink on my PC that runs my cameras. I read through your instructions but I have run into a few issues. You mentioned in some of your instructions that I need to download a zip file. I have only been able to download the JSON and DLL files. I do have NET core 3.1 installed. It seems like I am missing a few steps. Any other information you can provide would greatly be appreciated. Thank you Regards, Robert Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  21. Okay, thank you. Totally forgot about that. I will look at using a smaller size micro SD card. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  22. I read that also but I have a 64gb card in it. Not sure why that would be. I will reflash that card and then reinstall.
  23. A couple weeks ago my Raspberry Pi with Nodelink stopped communicating with my ISY. It has been running fine for the last year or two. So as I tried to log into it, it said the page was unable to be reached. I tried to reboot the Pi, but that did not work. I was still able to log in to the Pi with putty, so I tried reinstalling Nodelink. So see below the errors that I am getting. 24. So when you set up the ISY in receive mode and Smartthings is your main controller, does this also see all of the Insteon devices in the Smartthings app? Sent from my SM-N975U using Tapatalk
  25. Try deleting the device and reinstall it. I have had that with a few of them.
