  1. Remote Access Error

    When accessing my ISY 99i (Version 2.6.6) remotely over the internet, I attach to the ISY fine and get to the menu "Devices | Scenes | Programs | Administrative Console". All work fine except for the Adminstrative Console. When I select the Admnistrative console it launches but then an error box pops up saying I have a Java socket error. The administrative console works fine when I attach through my local network, just not remotely. What am I missing?
