I have the same issue we need a method of parsing out the data in the lists so that we can drill down into the folders, not have the concatenation we have now.

UD Mobile has worked fine for me since I started using it about 4 months ago. Now it is working for 20-25 seconds then looses status and won’t trigger any commands for 20-25 seconds and keeps repeating this behavior. It still shows it is connected and wifi is solid but it keeps looping the 20-25 second on/off behavior. I just installed Iox 5.5.5 not sure if that has anything to do with it. I am 100% Zwave on Polisy 5.5.5

I haven’t had them in long enough for anything to happen, so I hope it is not an issue. Have noticed a few strange things since I put Zmatter in but not sure if it was that or just issues left from moving of the isy944 to Polisy and switching eveything over to Zwave. Time will tell.

To assign a program to the zen32 you just assign the Zen Scene button in the If statement, drop down box gives the options of On (single press), Fast On (double press), fade down, Fade Stop, 3x 4x etc clicks. To get fades just create a program to use the fade down on one button with then statement to fade down on the Hue group and another program to fade up. Different Scenes can be set with any of the click commands so one button can set several scenes. Fade stops when you release the button so no need for fade stop. I have the relay button controlling all my outdoor lights using basic association so the button swithces everything on and also my sunrise/sunset program.

I just installed a Zen32 yesterday and I really like it for my usage. To report on real life speed, it is very fast on my mesh of 14 switches, no perceived delay. my main usage is controlling Hue light scenes in my family room using programs. Using just the 1 and 2 buttons I have 6 scenes and fade up/fade down capability. I am not using the LED’s, they are set to off at the moment but I may change to permanently on. I may try setting up button 3 to basic link to the main light switches for the Hue lights. Also the main paddle is set to control my patio lights and I do not see the relay switch changing status when scene control buttons are pressed.

@bpwwer Thanks for the info I traced the problem to the node server Total Connect that did not load correctly as soon as I removed it it the ISY connected fine.

I have just moved from an ISY994 to ISY on Poliglot on Polisy it did show connected for a short time when at first. Everything seems to be working fine except ISY continues to show not connects (see screen cap). Any idea what thee problem might be

It turns the switch into an instant on 100% with no dimming at the switch, can still dim by programs etc. I am sure the delay is a Jasco thing but for my requirements that is not an issue and at $24 each it allowed me to replace all my Insteon switches at the same time without feeling guilty( -: So what do you think of the Zen71 are they good quality and do they connect direct to wire like the Jasco? I do have one spot that could use Instant on.

Interesting a lot of functionality in the switch, I really don’t have much use for that amount of scene capability. I use Hue bulbs in all my entertaining areas and use that to create specific lighting schemes. It would be nice to have one extra scene capability per switch, but I just pulled out all my Insteon switches and replaced them with GE (Ultrapro dimmer switches ) at a great price. Very happy with them and they have a parameter that turns them into a pure switch for the areas I use hue. Again thanks a lot for your help on scenes I have every switch working now. On scenes there is a 2 second delay on responders when fired by the switch and it is the same for Zwave lights or hue, programs or network resources.

Not sure what you are talking about as my GE switches only have a paddle on/off.

Look at the thread link below it is a discussion I had with brians at the bottom the thread below. He states that when the Zmatter board includes a device they have prefix of ZY not ZW and looking at his post it look like he has more options than I see in the scene dialog. OK I just validated that unless your Zwave devices have a ZY prefix after the restore they are not updated to Zmatter. I excluded one of my switches then reincluded and was able to get a scene working correctly. Tried to setup a similar scene with an identical switch that still had the ZW prefix and it would not work. Excluded then reincluded that one and again scene could be created and work. Both scenes included a Zwave switch and a non Zwave responder, and work great with a slight delay on the responder. Next one I am setting up is two zwave devices.

This may be my problem as all but two of my devices are ZW, how do I convert them?

@brians Thanks I was aware of the need to open and save and all of mine were opened and saved. Seems like they fail a lot of the time because they are too slow, at times they were will work after a few minutes and never faster than 10 seconds. Will take a look at the thread you posted and see if I can figure it out. The other thought I have is that I still have my ISY944 connected to Polyglot though it has the power removed and that be causing the slow issue. Do not want to remove it in case I need to revert.

I had the same issue all my Zwave devices were marked as placeholder, I ran a sync with interview and all but two devices were found snd added. I am running into some issues with programs, very flaky, sometimes they run slowly other times don’t run at all from a switch trigger , yet work fine when running a “ run then” from the admin console. Also the zwave scenes will run from the admin console but never from a switch. I am all Zwave now but still have the ISY944 listed in Polyglot3, although the ISY944 in unplugged. btw using a Zmatter board.

Just finished loading 5.5.3 on my Polisy with a Zmatter board first time moving to ISY on Polisy. I had just finished taking out all my Insteon and replacing with Zwave, last week and everything was working great on ISY994. These are the major issues I am having. None of my programs that are controlled from a switch on/off work at all, all work fine when from "run then command" in console. Also creating a scene in admin console to do the same commands works fine from the admin console but not activated with the switch. Looking in the event viewer I noticed that the communications from the switches seem to be being ignored. Sun 01/15/2023 05:00:54 AM : [ZWAVE-CTL-EVENT ] Basic Set from 26.0 unmapped (ignored)" Not sure if this is the problem or not? Have a few devices that have not been recognized by the Zwave but luckily they are not critical for me. Also I show the 5.5.3 being disconnected on Polyglot 3 most of the time, for a while yesterday it showed connected but today again it is not.

@GeddyThanks once again, had searched for ISY-944 to ZMatter migration and found nothing, my wording must have been wrong. I followed @Chris Jahn method and got it to work with s few caveats. The ISY loaded but again the Zwave devices showed up as placeholders, looked around at the Zwave options and noticed X-ray, tried it and all devices showed not interviewed. In the Zwave menu-Synchronize there is an option to sync with Interview, tried it and all devices eventually appeared and work. (Did notice a difference in how scenes are working, need to follow up on that.) The other issue is turning of the ISY-994, as soon as I do the Polisy can not be found by Iox launcher, strange thing is it still says it finds the 994? So to make the original restore I had to launch the admin console then unplug the 994. Once completed the stuff above I had to plug the 994 back in to get the launcher to find the polisy isy again. Strange. Then disconnect it again. I did try clearing cache between each iteration. Oh well the 944 is disconnected now and system is running, I am going to shutdown the admin console for the night and see what happens tomorrow.

@GeddyThanks, got it up and running last night the Zmatter board is recognized (after a couple of iterations). Loaded my ISY94 backup. and all worked except for every Zwave device was only loaded as place holders. As I am completely Zwave now I need to make a decision, wait for a migration path or start unlinking from ISY and link to Polisy. One thought I had is why can’t we setup the Polisy as a primary controller and leave ISY as secondary until Polisy is fully functional. May not be possible but it is just a thought. Logs in to pg3 just fine (see screen cap 1) one issue with it is the login is default and I don’t see anywhere to change it. another issue it tells me polisy is not registered with portal ( see screen cap 2) When I get all this working will I be able to do away with my ISY? OK have it running. Need to load look how to load and run ISY on Polisy now. Thanks for your help guys.

Installed the new ssd with latest update on Polisy. Have it running and can connect to Polisy but have the following issues. Issue 1. Polisy states it finds the ISY but can not connect ISY and Password needs to be set in settings (see screen cap 1). I have set the password for ISY in Polyglot multiple times and save (screen cap2 ), but does not hold, when I log back in the same thing repeats and the pwd is blank again (screen cap3). Issue 2. In the instructions I read that the ssh pwd should be reset, I have no idea what this is nor where to find it Issue 3. Not sure if this is an Issue or not but the start window states that the IoX Finder is not found (screen cap4) Hope you have some ideas, changing things is always fun.
