  1. I have First Alert Z-Wave CO/Smoke detectors also. As @MrBillsaid Z-Wave battery device can only speak and not hear. The key phrase is "they can relay alerts to Z-wave compatible smart home hubs". They can relay(send) alerts to hubs but they cannot receive alerts from hubs.
  2. I have this sort of thing happen to me every now and then. If I close the browser tab that PG3X is using, then close the browser, and the start PG3X from the IoX finder PG3X opens as it should.
  3. I experienced the same issue. After clearing the Java cache, reinstalling the launcher, and uninstalling and reinstalling Java a couple of times for each, I rebooted the Eisy by clicking the multi-function button five times. After the reboot, the issue disappeared. I am unsure if I would have rebooted first would have resolved the issue or if it was some of the other things I did in combination with the reboot that resolved the issue.

  5. I have the same issue with two Schlage locks. I opened a ticket and was told to do the following that you may want to try. 1) Remove the Schlage lock (Z-Wave | Remove a Z-Wave Device) 2) Factory reset the door lock 3) Make sure Z-Wave | Use Secure Inclusion is set On 4) Add the Schlage lock again I've completed these steps several times on both locks with no change.

  12. Hi @DennisC I appreciate your response to my problem. Did you confirm the configuration for the node server is correct in PG3. I think I have several times. I've deleted and reinstalled the node server also. Did you try selecting the Discover button on the page in your screenshot and then close and restart admin console? Yes. Several times. The node server was working on PG3 on the Polisy. After attempting to discover hubs there is a message in the PG3 UI that says "Nothing To Purge."
  13. I just migrated PG3 to my Eisy from Polisy. HarmonyHub discovered my hubs on the Polisy but is unable to discover them on my Eisy. Here is a screenshot of the HarmonyHub Controller. Any ideas about what my problem might be? Thanks!
  14. Disconnecting from and reconnecting to power solved my issue! I'm attempting to Migrate to Eisy from ISY 994. The Eisy firmware is 5.5.9 and ISY firmware is 5.3.4. I attempted to restore the Eisy from a 994 backup and I get the message in the image below. What did I do incorrectly? Thank you!

  17. The only solution I've found is to reduce the scale in the display settings. Of course that makes everything smaller.
  18. Try clearing your Java cache and then download a fresh copy of iox launcher.
  19. Does the attached screenshot tell you anything? This morning I am unable to log into PG 3X on either computer using three different browsers. Update: After removing power from my eisy and then adding power, I can now log in to PG 3X on the eisy.

  22. I logged out and I get the same error when trying to log back in. I've cleared my browser cache and tried a different browser with the same result. I've also restarted the computer. PG3 on eisy works fine on another computer and it worked fine on this computer until today.
  23. @asbrilI just tried another computer and logged into PG3 just fine. I went back to original computer and am unable to connect. I restarted the computer and still unable to connect.
  24. I appreciate your response. The URL is correct. I've attempted to connect to PG3 by entering the address in a browser, using the launcher, and directly from the AC.
  25. When I attempt to log into PG3 on my eisy, i get the attached error.
