Do You have Z-Wave support turned on?

I've used the "Remove Failed Node" and the deleted the device. These options are available when you right click on the device in the admin console.

I appreciate this information. I've been using a Z-Wave controlled WaterCop and it has worked well for me. However, WaterCop stopped producing them so, I know at some point, I will need to replace it with something else.

The dropdown menu should show the values as in the image below.

@DennisC I think I've solved the problem, thanks to the questions you asked. I already had a program to turn the garage lights on if the garage entry door was unlocked. I added a wait time and then turned off the garage lights and locked the garage entry door. I already have a program that if the light switch is turned on manually, the programs are disabled for an hour for those instances when I want to be in the garage longer than the wait time in the program.. Hi Dennis, I thought it had to be something with the trigger and appreciate your help. Here is what I would like to accomplish. 1. If I open the garage door, I would like the program to turn the garage lights off and lock the garage entry door two minutes after the garage door closes. 2. If the garage entry door is unlocked, I would like the the garage lights turned off and the garage entry door locked two minutes after the garage entry door in unlocked. I may change the wait times. The program below is for locking the garage entry door and turning off the garage lights when the garage door is closed. If the garage door is closed after being opened, the program works as intended. However, if the garage door is already closed and the garage entry door is unlocked, the program does not run. It recognizes the garage entry door being unlocked. But it will not run the "Then" part of the program. What do I need to do to fix this? Per the instructions below from @Javi my problem was resolved by clearing the Google Play Store data and cache. Thank you @Javi

I'm using UD Mobile on my Samsung S21 Ultra. When attempting to Synchronize my Eisy, the app stops and crashes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the app cache and memory with no change. The message I get is "System UI isn't responding". Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I couldn't agree more. The smoke/co alarm is the primary notification. We have two systems. A wired system and a wireless system.

This is what I do. I also have Alexa routines that make an announcement of the alarm location and if it's a smoke or CO alarm.

I have First Alert Z-Wave CO/Smoke detectors also. As @MrBillsaid Z-Wave battery device can only speak and not hear. The key phrase is "they can relay alerts to Z-wave compatible smart home hubs". They can relay(send) alerts to hubs but they cannot receive alerts from hubs.

I have this sort of thing happen to me every now and then. If I close the browser tab that PG3X is using, then close the browser, and the start PG3X from the IoX finder PG3X opens as it should.

I experienced the same issue. After clearing the Java cache, reinstalling the launcher, and uninstalling and reinstalling Java a couple of times for each, I rebooted the Eisy by clicking the multi-function button five times. After the reboot, the issue disappeared. I am unsure if I would have rebooted first would have resolved the issue or if it was some of the other things I did in combination with the reboot that resolved the issue.

I have the same issue with two Schlage locks. I opened a ticket and was told to do the following that you may want to try. 1) Remove the Schlage lock (Z-Wave | Remove a Z-Wave Device) 2) Factory reset the door lock 3) Make sure Z-Wave | Use Secure Inclusion is set On 4) Add the Schlage lock again I've completed these steps several times on both locks with no change.

My Schlage locks are doing the same thing.

Hi @DennisC I appreciate your response to my problem. Did you confirm the configuration for the node server is correct in PG3. I think I have several times. I've deleted and reinstalled the node server also. Did you try selecting the Discover button on the page in your screenshot and then close and restart admin console? Yes. Several times. The node server was working on PG3 on the Polisy. After attempting to discover hubs there is a message in the PG3 UI that says "Nothing To Purge."

I just migrated PG3 to my Eisy from Polisy. HarmonyHub discovered my hubs on the Polisy but is unable to discover them on my Eisy. Here is a screenshot of the HarmonyHub Controller. Any ideas about what my problem might be? Thanks!

Disconnecting from and reconnecting to power solved my issue! I'm attempting to Migrate to Eisy from ISY 994. The Eisy firmware is 5.5.9 and ISY firmware is 5.3.4. I attempted to restore the Eisy from a 994 backup and I get the message in the image below. What did I do incorrectly? Thank you!
