  1. Have you clicked on "Discover" in your Wireless Tags Controller in the Admin Console? Are your tags showing up in the node server nodes?
  2. Have you tried restarting the node server?
  3. Your updated PG3 node server works great! Thank you!

PG3 Purple Air is working fine here.

Once you have followed the instructions above for updating your Polisy, the next step is to SSH ISY on your Polisy. Without IoP installed, there is nothing for the ISY Launcher to find.
  6. This is true as long as the device is within the Z-Wave RF signal. Your symptoms indicate that you need more repeater devices to create a larger and stronger mesh network so the Z-Wave signal can reach all of your devices.
  7. If all the devices are not in the same location, you might try moving the two that don't work, closer to your ISY tp see if it might be a communications problem.
  8. When you click Z-Wave you will see this drop down menu. Click on "Remove a Z-Wave Device" Then you will see this. Follow the instructions that came with your device to remove your device from your Z-Wave network.
  9. Extenders do need to be added. Try excluding the device and then try adding it.
  10. I had this same situation recently and the flash chip was corrupted. Here's a link to the wiki that describes the situation and what you need to do to correct the problem. UDI sent me a flash chip. https://wiki.universal-devices.com/index.php?title=Polisy:User_Guide#The_Third_Light_Is_Constantly_On_While_Everything_Else_Is_Off
  11. Thank you @Michel Kohanim for helping me solve this problem. The TPM board was not seated properly which started causing more issues. Once the TPM board was seated properly all worked as expected. I expect the TPM board issue was the result of me not being careful when I opened and closed the cover on my Polisy.
  12. Did you make sure zwave did not become unchecked? Yes. I also unchecked it and saved it and then rebooted. Then checked it again. Saved it and rebooted. Are you getting an error message? It says Z-Wave dongle not responding.
  13. I reinstalled Simplicity Studio and seemed to get the Zooz stick updated. Apparently had didn't have something installed that I should have. However, now IoP doesn't recognize the Zooz.
  14. Here is a screen-shot of where I am. I can't seem to figure out what I need to do next. Thank you!
  15. I don't know if it's the "best". I use iBlinds for our horizontal blinds and they work well for me. https://myiblinds.com/
  16. If both the MEM and ERR LEDs are blinking, the ISY is unable to communicate with your Ethernet network.

Try using the ISY Launcher. Here's the link. https://isy.universal-devices.com/start.jnlp
  18. Panasonic Whisper series bathroom fans are very quiet and work well.
  19. Here's where you download the ISY Launcher.
  20. I did this at the recommendation from @bpwwer and it worked for me. If you ran 3.0.39 then it corrupted the nodeservers listed in the database and you'll have to uninstalled them manually from the ISY and then re-install them using version 3.0.40.
  21. For me, I'm not concerned if something is Beta when related to UDI. I've found anything they classify as Beta to be very stable. I pay more attention to the forum posts on a particular item and when I feel comfortable, I install it.
  22. Here's my understanding of Polygot, Polisy, ISY on Polisy, etc. The dictionary definition of polyglot is a person who knows and is able to use several languages. To ISY, polyglot is the means of allowing ISY to connect to other ecosystems via a nodeserver. Each ecosystem has it's own unique nodeserver. Currently there are 112 nodeservers in the Polyglot Nodeserver Store. You will find nodeservers for such ecosystmes as Hue, Lifx, and many more. A nodeserver is similar to an App on your phone in that they are created by individuals and then placed in the Nodeserver store. Polyglot needs a device other than ISY on which to run. Initially I, like most, used a Raspberry Pi to run Polyglot. I switched to Polisy when it became available. ISY on Polisy adds the ISY to Polisy. Therefore the need for two devices(ISY and Polisy) is eliminated. I haven't moved my ISY to Polisy yet. However, I intend to do so at some point.
  23. This is what you should see when you click Help and then click About in the admin console.

Mine seems to be working fine.
  25. You should be using the ISY Launcher to find your ISY. Here is the information on the ISY Launcher.
