    AQI

Currently Air Now shows 31 AQI for my area. My Purple Air AQI is currently 6. The Air Now reporting area for my area is for two counties and neither one is the county I live in.

    AQI

The EPA AQI in your image is 2.
  6. Have you done this? Java runtime memory (when Admin Console is very slow to respond) - If the admin console is slow to respond, it is likely you need to increase the amount of memory allocated to the Java runtime (JRE). - Open the Java Control Panel, select Java tab, press View button, then add or modify the Runtime Parameter -Xmx to the following: o -Xmx512m - Press Ok to close the window, then Press Apply to save the changes
  7. I'm seeing the same thing.
  8. I agree with your statement. Everything other than Alexa is and has been working as expected with the scenes and programs I'm using. Today I took the challenge to try and get Alexa working. Alexa acknowledges the commands but the command doesn't reach the fan. Thank you!
  9. I have a ceiling fan controlled with a Fanlinc and two 6 button KPLs that I'm trying to get to work with Alexa. The only command that works with Alexa is the off command. Alexa recognizes the other commands, however the fan doesn't turn on or change speeds. The fan is controlled as expected from the KPLs. Here are screenshots of the admin console showing the four scenes and showing how I have Alexa configured in the portal. What am I missing? Thank you!
  10. That's a good question because when power is removed from the device, ISY doesn't update the "current voltage" in the admin console.
  11. It can be switched off and on.
  12. Try restarting the node server.

    Notification Help

I want to include the Temperature in the attached image in email notifications. When on PG2 this worked in my email notifications:${sys.node.n004_temperature.ST} Since going to PG3 it does not work. What do I need to change to make it work? Thank you!
  15. It appears that your Wireless Tag node server has not found your wireless tags manager. Make sure you have the correct "oauth2_code" entered in the node server Custom Configuration Parameter.
  16. Have you clicked on "Discover" in your Wireless Tags Controller in the Admin Console? Are your tags showing up in the node server nodes?
  17. Have you tried restarting the node server?
  18. Your updated PG3 node server works great! Thank you!
  19. PG3 Purple Air is working fine here.

    Polisy or ISY??

Once you have followed the instructions above for updating your Polisy, the next step is to SSH ISY on your Polisy. Without IoP installed, there is nothing for the ISY Launcher to find.
  21. This is true as long as the device is within the Z-Wave RF signal. Your symptoms indicate that you need more repeater devices to create a larger and stronger mesh network so the Z-Wave signal can reach all of your devices.
  22. If all the devices are not in the same location, you might try moving the two that don't work, closer to your ISY tp see if it might be a communications problem.
  23. When you click Z-Wave you will see this drop down menu. Click on "Remove a Z-Wave Device" Then you will see this. Follow the instructions that came with your device to remove your device from your Z-Wave network.
  24. Extenders do need to be added. Try excluding the device and then try adding it.
