Attempting To Migrate To Eisy
Disconnecting from and reconnecting to power solved my issue! I'm attempting to Migrate to Eisy from ISY 994. The Eisy firmware is 5.5.9 and ISY firmware is 5.3.4. I attempted to restore the Eisy from a 994 backup and I get the message in the image below. What did I do incorrectly? Thank you!

Admin Console
The only solution I've found is to reduce the scale in the display settings. Of course that makes everything smaller.

Try clearing your Java cache and then download a fresh copy of iox launcher.

Support thread for: PG3x 3.1.21 (January 23, 2023)
Does the attached screenshot tell you anything? This morning I am unable to log into PG 3X on either computer using three different browsers. Update: After removing power from my eisy and then adding power, I can now log in to PG 3X on the eisy.

I logged out and I get the same error when trying to log back in. I've cleared my browser cache and tried a different browser with the same result. I've also restarted the computer. PG3 on eisy works fine on another computer and it worked fine on this computer until today.

@asbrilI just tried another computer and logged into PG3 just fine. I went back to original computer and am unable to connect. I restarted the computer and still unable to connect.

I appreciate your response. The URL is correct. I've attempted to connect to PG3 by entering the address in a browser, using the launcher, and directly from the AC.

@asbrilTry closing the browser tab and then use the iox launcher to open a new pg3 tab in your browser. This has worked for me.

eisy can't access Admin console
Sometimes my eisy is not in the launcher. Most of the time all I need to do is refresh the launcher and it appears.

The second part of Michel's instructions solved my problem also. be sure and clear your Java cache and download a fresh copy of the launcher each time you update. These two procedures got my Polisy and eisy updated.

Roll back ISY 994i from 5.3.4 to 4.9?
Does the ISY that has the 5.3.4 firmware have Z-Wave installed? If it does, it would have the series 500 board installed since it has the 5.3.4 firmware. The series 500 Z-Wave board will not work with 4.9 firmware. if it has the Z-wave board installed and you aren;t using Z-wave your could remove the board and then install the 4.9 firmware. Here's where you can fine the 4.9 firmware.

EISY - MH is a little flaky, day 4
I have the same issues with Govee LED lights using the Govee node server. The lights will not stay connected. They will disconnect and then re-connect at some point. The lights seem to not have the problem of staying connected to Alexa. My node servers are in my Polisy. I haven't migrated them to my eisy yet.

5.5.2 Update eisy
I updated my eisy to 5.5.2 also with no problems. I haven't installed the matter board yet. Node servers work and I attached a PLM and added a couple of Insteon devices with no problems. I'm waiting for things to get smoothed out before I attempt any migration. My ISY and Polisy are working just fine.

Update to 3.0.26 not happening
I reinstalled the node server and that solved it for me.

Did you clear your Java cache and reinstall the ISY Launcher before you reopened the AC?
