OK, deleted it and reinstalled the 3.1.4 in a differnt slot, now working on my older ones (but of course did not find the new one that I had added yesterday)

was all working last night just could not add any new ones. I see ther is a beta in the non-prodcution store, tried that also, but that would not even start, so deelted it. I am running the prodcution version 3.1.4 but now nothing is working, shoot was depending on this more and more

OK trying to add a new Kasa device (tapo actrually) but wehn I put iin my Tapo app it will not add it to my Poilsy, I have reboodted th NS a few time and all of my other ones are there but not my new one

Thinking of ordering this, is it plug and play? I currently have the zwave zooz USB dongle on my polisy, do I just substitute this device? Thanks

Does anyone know if there is a way to use the Tesla Powerwall notification when the grid goes down, so that I could use it in a program to shut down non-essential lighting to save battery power? Don't know if this is possible, but would be cool!

Thanks, yes, my Polisy is enclosed in a cabinet so astetics not so important, just wondering if I should also upgrade to an eisy from my polisy...probably not as not such a heavy user.

I have a few Zwave nodes in my AC I no longer have the devices, so they are diabled. Can I clean up these disabled device by just "Remove failed node" menu?

so, a bit confused. I am using the zooz 700 USB dongle on my policy. If I wanted to upgrade to the Zmatter and longer range Zwave dongle it is USB right? it seemed there was something about opening up the Polisy? What advanteges will it give me...in other words what are the reviews? Thx

I upgraded to v5.8.4 I on my Polisy and all seemed good including zwave. I unplugged the zwave USB dongle and reinstalled but Z wave dongle not repodning. Ther are two USB ports does it matter which one? What do I need todo to get it working again?

OK, I think I got it working OK. Not for the faint of heart, but thanks so much. Over the last 16 years I have had two isy and now a polisy, but it starting to get beyone my mental capabilities. BTW the backup now works in a flash, less thna a second, which made me suspicious as it used to take seval seconds, but it seems to make a file OK. Thnaks Joe

not sure how to upgrade to PG3X. seems the instructions in the WiKi link do not work for me I have a backup from a couple of minor changes before I do not know what IOX version means. I upgraded the Java and AC launcher, if that's what you mean on Win 11
