  1. Thank you for the quick confirmation. Order placed. -Tim
  2. Hi @Jimbo.Automates, Was going to order 5 of the new quad water sensors to test. I clicked on your affiliate link but the webpage that opened was the blog/news page for wireless tags. I was expecting the link to take me to the webstore. Can you please confirm please? : https://goo.gl/rXAGk9
  3. @bpwwer, Couple of weeks ago I updated IoP by AC>Configuration>Upgrade Packages. After it was complete IoP reported it updated to v5.4.5 I read this morning PG3 had been upgraded so I performed the same procedure as last time. Waited an hour, rebooted PG3 but it did not update. We used to be able to ssh in and upgrade PG3 but have not done that as I am not sure it would be the right thing to do. I am not sure what to do next and I didn't know what logs you might need. Looking for suggestions for the next step please. Thanks! Tim
  4. Is it possible to restart PG3 individual node servers or PG3 as a whole, remotely? I am on the latest v of IoP and PG3. Thank you, Tim
  5. @bpwwer, Does that mean that if the Tempest isn't reporting, say because the battery is dead, that the hub will not broadcast? Or does it broadcast even if it is not receiving data from Tempest? And if it broadcasts even though the tempest is dead, does that mean the "Hub Seconds Since Seen" will reset to zero every time even with no new data? And lastly, the Hub Seconds value showing in the admin console must not show the current value or change value, in other words, what I am seeing is that it is not updating the seconds. Right now it is still showing 7seconds, the same as when I opened the console a few hours ago. Thanks! Tim
  6. Thank you @bpwwer, as you so wisely said, their servers must have been having some trouble. The fault corrected itself and all has been well since. Thank you! -Tim
  7. Hi @bpwwer, the batteries apparently died in my Tempest and it stopped reporting 17 hours ago according to the app. In the app there is a "Offline" indicator. I am not seeing an indication that the NS reports an offline condition. Is there a way to incorporate the Offline status in the NS? If not, what would be your recommendation for creating a program based on what is reported in the NS that could notify me of a similar condition? My first thought was to use "Hub Seconds Since Seen" value in the NS but I haven't been able to figure out what the number reported indicates. Currently it is 7, last night the highest was 10. Is there a bug with using it? How often is it supposed to be reported to IoP? I think it has reported 7 since I opened the admin console a couple of hours ago but I could be mistaken. IoP v5.4.5 Weatherflow v3.0.25 Thanks for your time. Tim WeatherFlow_12-4-2022_81616-AM.zip
  8. Hello @bpwwer, I got up this morning and none of my Vue switch modules were reporting in ISY. I see a lot of the same error messages which I don't understand. When you have a moment can you take a look and let me know what you think? Thanks! Tim VUE_11-26-2022_65743_AM.zip
  9. I just logged into IoP and checked the portal tab. It shows as online but unable to log into portal like everyone else. Shouldn't the tab show as offline? Just curious. -Tim
  10. I found after upgrade PG3 thru the AC everything seemed to be running fine. When I tried to open the AC with ISY Finder, finder only reported 1 Polisy but the UUID reported all zeros on port 8080. Normally I get two choices, 8080 and 8443. I was not able to gain access at all. I ssh'ed in and shutdown Polisy. Rebooted and all is well again with finder, back to normal. In no way a big deal, just wanted to report my experience. @bpwwerand everyone else behind the scenes, Awesome job! I like the new redesign of the production store too. Makes it easier to see whats installed, a lot easier on the eyes for me. Thank you! -Tim
  11. Hi @dbarentine, I recently upgraded this ns but it is still reporting there is an upgrade available even though it is reporting its on the current version (2.0.1). Not a big deal at all, it is continuing to work fine but just was wondering if I did something wrong or if it might indicate there is something wrong. Thank You for the great ns and your support! -Tim
  12. @Michaelv, Did you mean the new PLM is a 2413U? Or is it in fact a 2412U? 2412U is not listed in the Polisy user guide as an option. 2412S is listed, not sure if the U is compatible or not.
  13. @hart2hart I believe a wait with nothing after it will not execute, it needs another command after it in order to wait.
  14. I am away from my office computer but if memory serves isn't there a PG3 node server called backup the does something like that?
  15. Does this node server show data from all 16 C.T.'s if connected? Also, will it recognize the new smart plugs that Emporia sells now which also monitor power consumption? Thanks!
  16. EOL likely meant some parts from the part manufacturers are at the end of their life for being manufactured. A while back I was repairing a SL and looking to order some parts for it and found some of the IC's were already out of production.
  17. Hi @bpwwer, I was wondering if you were able to fix the Emporia node server on PG3? Am thinking about getting one, but whatever choice I make I would like it to be supported on IoP. Thanks! Tim
  18. @brettaI'm too am sorry that you had problems as well. This forum is full of great people who would be willing to go to great lengths to help you out. UDI's customer support is beyond the best as well. I found them to be very responsive and on many occasions have gone above and beyond to help out. I'm not sure what's your basing your opinion on, but, it is your opinion And you know what they say about opinions... I could be reading more into it but my first thoughts after reading the last couple of your posts, if you approached Tech support support with the same chip on your shoulder that you seem to have on this forum then I don't blame them for cutting their losses with you. Likely the best $400 they ever spent.
  19. Also if you married the PLM to your Polisy then ditched the Polisy and went back to the ISY994 then you will have to restore the PLM to the ISY994. In other words If you Restored a backup from ISY994 to the new Polisy, then hooked the PLM back up to the ISY994, then you need to restore the PLM back to the ISY994.
  20. Has there been a change to program execution between 994 and IoP where on the 994, for instance, if running a query all devices the program would not execute the next line until the query had finished. It appears now in IoP the program no longer waits, it executes the query then moves on to the next line during the query. Has anyone else found this to be true. I imagine it has to do with the much faster processing speed of IoP? Thanks! Tim
  21. Thank you all who have ported over they're node servers from PG2 To PG3. I am now fully PG3. The question is should I worry about shutting down PG2 or just leave it be?
  22. Hi @bpwwer, just upgraded PG3 to v3.0.59, IoP is v5.4.3 and after reboot tried backup pg3, after 20 or so seconds the red banner appeared across the top saying it was disconnect. Let it alone to see if it would start up by itself again. After coming back 5 minutes later it indeed was working and was able to download the backup. But 8 of the 9 node servers reported in failed state. The backup file is huge again as it was a fer revs ago, 63,878kb. I currently have 9 node servers. Is this the new norm? If you need logs or anything else I am available. Thanks, Tim
  23. @bpwwer, I looked back through previous backups, the last 3 were only 1kb files and likely are no good. Previous to March 6th the average backup file was around 90kb. Then on March 16th thru March 20th they averaged about 70,000kb. I am sorry, I have no idea what f/w each back up came from but there could have been about a 3-5 day leadtime from when you pushed a new version of pg3 to when I installed it. I believe it was during this time that the backup included logs(?). If it helps any, I have the following node servers on PG3: MQTT WeatherFlow Envisalink TimeData Notification MyQ ST-Inventory Kasa Wireless Tags
  24. @bpwwer, is version 3.0.56 backup still backing up logs as well? I have just set all nodes to critical reporting in logs. What can I do to limit the logs if that is what is holding it up? Or could it be something else?
  25. Hi @bpwwer, Was not sure where to post PG3 interface questions. On v3.0.56 and am unable to download a backup. Logs indicate starting backup and backup done but I get no notification on IE, Chrome or FireFox. Logs available just let me know where to send them. ISY v5.4.3 PG3 v3.0.56
