  1. Javi - Michel was able to help me this afternoon. It seems after the upgrade the service did not startup. Everything is working great now. Is it possible to copy favorites from one device to another.

  3. I did that as well last night, but it did not correct the issue.
  4. The search function does not work. I do see message that reboot is required. I powered off and on 3 or 4 times last night but this did not correct the issue.

  6. Javi - I tried to add manually as well but this did not work. It will not pass connection test and will not sync.
  7. Yes current firmware is 5.5.4. Originally had no issue until I power cycled EISY this afternoon.
  8. EISY was working great. I was unable to get into PG3 so I power cycled EISY. After I power cycled, I was unable to find device in IoX finder. Manually needed to add. Now I am unable to configure local connection in UD Mobile. Any ideas what needs to done to configure locally in UD Mobile. EISY seems very unstable.

  11. I am unable to approve EISY in admin console after adding to ISY portal. I followed all directions from post below but still unable to approve. I receive same error messages s posted in post below. EISY is at 5.5.4. Unable to Approve ISY Portal - Non-Migration - Clean Install

  13. Michel - Thanks for replying. All buttons are in toggle mode. Any other ideas. I think it might be a program but unable to pinpoint.
  14. I have created a movie scene with one button on a 6 button keypadlinc. When I press the button on the keypad the scene works as expected however the backlight on the button lights when pressed and turns off after the scene lighting completes. I would like to keep the button lit. I have created a scene status that should light the button via a program but it does not work. Any suggestions? I am using version: 5.0.16 Moshe
  15. I see in my Admin Console that one of my SwitchLinc Dimmers (2476D)will not write updates to the device. I have tried numerous times with no luck. The switch seems to be working just fine. I am able to query and all of my programs are running as expected. It does not seem to be a communication issue. Any ideas what else I might be able to try? ISY version 4.6.2. Below is event log.   17. I am replacing a 8 button dimmer keypad with the same type of keypad due to communication issues. New keypad model and rev: 2334-222 Rev 8.0 5816. When I try to link I receive an error "cannot determine Insteon engine." I am using version 4.6.2 of the ISY software. The ISY is a 994i Pro. Any ideas? Moshe

    I often wonder if the access points are really needed any longer. It would seem that the mesh network and powerline communication are sufficent for getting communications to all devices.

    I have replaced the PLM and all is good. The only issue I have is that with one device I am unable to write the updates. I have tried restoring the device but still no luck. The device is an on/off outlet. Any ideas? Moshe

    This past weekend it seems my PLM has gone south. I was receiving an error on 2 devices in the admin console. Querying the devices did not rectify the issue. Is there anything I can try short of replacing the PLM? Currently all of my programs and devices are spotty. Thanks Moshe
  24. All - Issue resolved. Steve from UDI worked with me yesterday. Ultimately my Amazon ID was not linking. Reset SONOS One to factory default and started over with correct Amazon account. Thanks to all for your help.
