Michel - Just to be clear - the reboot fixes all of the issues I am having. (NTP, MobiLinc, and device status) Thanks

Hi Michel - The only thing that seems to fix all of the issues is to recycle the power on the ISY. Thanks

Upgrade went fine. However I do have some issues. 1. NTP server stops working until I reboot ISY. 2. Under my lighting devices do not show correct status, after I toggle off/on. 3. MobiLinc Pro ver 3.04.00 still will not sync with IPhone version 5.0 Any suggestions.

I tried different time servers checked to see if my antivirus was blocking it and checked my Fios router. All seemed to be o.k. The only thing that seemed to work was to reboot my ISY and Fios router. Thanks

Polexian and Michel - Thanks for your help. I guess I don't understand why all of a sudden I am not able to resolve the time server I have been using for over 2 years. (pool.ntp.org)

I am having trouble syncing my time with the NTP server. When I try to sync the ISY time with the NTP server I receive this error message. NTP service DNS error. [pool.ntp.org] There is also a red exclamation point by the server.

MIchel - The local address is the method I use to configure MobiLinc. Thanks

Michel - I am using MobilLinc Pro. I have the problem with 3G as well as local network. On my Itouch the app works fine. Thanks

I upgraded to 3.19 and it went smoothly, however now my IPhone app does not sync with ISY. Error code 200.

One of my 6 Button Keypadlincs died (2486DWH6) and I am in the process of replacing it with a 6 Button KeypadLinc Dual band on/off (2487S). I know I am not able to swap one for the other because they are differnt types of switches, but I want to make sure that when I remove it from the network, I also remove all of its links. What is the best method for achieving this outcome? Thanks

Installed with no issues.

Michel - Why would to many access points degrade the network? Would the dual band switches create the same problem?
-
