Well I have tried everything I can think of. ratgdo is the only spoken that behaves this way! What setting should I look for? I have a switch (Zoos) wired to a remote opener and it works perfectly, but I lose the open- close function that Ratgdo has. Any suggestions?

Open/close seems to work fine when I am at home. If I leave say for work and return later "open"' does not work from my Alexa enabled Lincoln app on the first try. Seems like it takes two times to get the door to respond. I have tried several different things, and nothing seems to work. Close does not seem to be a problem! Any thoughts?

Should the ratgdo firmware be updated? Current is 2.57 ?? Any benefit?

Just upgraded MQTT yesterday. Been on slot 5 for some time. Not using as far as i know. Guess I will just eliminate. never had errors before the upgrade!

Getting the following error in UDI Mobile. Tried reinstalling app, sync several times. What do I do?

"One thing I found odd was that neither the Ratgdo nor the Ratgdo Light were able to be a scene controller" i also found this to be a problem. Alexa will not allow me to set up routines because of this. With myQ I was able to set up a routine to open and close the garage door. .

How can I tell which version of 5.7.0 I am running. Updated several times and does not change from 5.70.
