April 14, 201312 yr My ISY wont boot properly from power cycle. The factory reset option aslo does not provide the LED sequence as defined in the manual. When I reun the www.universal-devices.com/99i Java script it comes up to a safe mode or basic admin console which has just the FILE tab and nothing can be done. It does not seek the password or login prompt. Is this recoverable or do I need a replacement ISY? Really disappointed with this product SW. Ed
