ISY not showing all Elk Zones and Arm/Disarm unresponsive

I've recently installed the Elk and ISY. Everything on the ElKRP interface works fine. However I can't get the ElK zones (mostly wireless) to update on the ISY or Mobilinc AND the Arm stay, Arm Away, Disarm buttons from the ISY admin panel are not working. Only button that works is the "Go to Elk counsel"

 

I'm fairly new to this but have the 2101 port checked as well as all serial port 0 boxes in G29-G42 in the ELKRP.

 

Other then the Elk integration I have not encountered any issues interfacing with other insteon devices on the ISY. I have download the ELK module as well as updated all firmware on the ELK and ISY.

 

Please note that the ELK status indicator on the ISY admin panel is working and accurately responding promptly.

 

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

This used to work without issue, but I can't say when it stopped working. For me, most zones are fine, but it isn't updating at least one non-security zone.

I read your post and was hoping to find a solution in the responses. In my case there are 17 additional zones not showing.

Can you please open the Event Viewer, change the level to 3, and then do a Refresh Topology in the ELK Tab. Please then save the contents and send the results to support@universal-devices.com.

Thank you for reaching out. As will many newbies user error was my issue. I failed to disconnect the ELKRP when trying use the ISY elk interface. Disconnecting the ELKRP fixed the issue with the ISY and mobilinc integration.

I have done it myself a number of times. In all likelihood you will do it again. At least next time you will figure it out in a couple minutes instead of a couple days.
