Does anyone know if the INSTEON Wireless Security IP Camera (Item #75790WH) can be controlled by the ISY? I am open to any type of solution that enables me to trigger the recording or taking pictures based on motion detected by the camera.

No, I dont believe so. At least, not without extraordinary effort.

The Smarthome "Insteon" camera is just a rebranded Foscam camera. If you have the UDI Network module installed in your ISY, you can create network resources to control the camera position, enable/disable record on motion and manage other aspects of the cams.

The software that comes with the camera allows you program it to take pictures and email them when motion is detected. What you can't do is have it pan to where the motion is. I want to do that with mine, just haven't had time.
