mvgossman
When trying to save a backup from my ISY-99i, in preparation for an upgrade to the ISY-994i, on a Macbook Pro running OS X Maverick, I have the following problem: 1. A page appears to fast to read. 2. "Unable to create ZIP file". 3. Java Applet freezes up sometimes after clicking "OK" in response to above. Except one time it did create the backup file but I am worried about using it lest I lose all my links and have to start over. I'm running v3.3.10. Mac firewall is off. I found this thread: viewtopic.php?p=37951 I did as instructed and the problem persists. I'll probably go ahead and install the ISY-994i and restore from that backup in a couple weeks but thought I'd ask here first if there's something else I should do. Link to comment
Michel Kohanim
Hello mvgossman, 1. Please clear your Java cache ... this is very important 2. Go to http://isy.universal-devices.com/99i/admin.jnlp Also, there's a post specifically addressing Maverick: viewtopic.php?f=25&t=12505&p=98030#p98030 With kind regards, Michel Link to comment
mvgossman
Excellent, this fixed it, and it saved in the normal manner with the progress bar as opposed to the random time it created a file which I suspect is corrupt now. Should've searched for "Maverick" in the archives. Mitch Hello mvgossman, 1. Please clear your Java cache ... this is very important 2.
