ahwman Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 I've read a lot about the network/WOL modules and would like to add them to my ISY-99i Pro, however I'm just not clear if this is a software add-on or a hardware module. I also can't seem to find a way to purchase it. When I click on "Help", then "Purchase Modules", it says "No modules installed for this product. No additional modules available." Am I missing something? Link to comment
larryllix Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 Mine reports that I have purchased a module before I owned the ISY. Perhaps a few bugs to work out in their purchasing software, yet. I am sure their staff would be able to help you out with that here, a call, or online help. Link to comment
Teken Posted January 10, 2014 Share Posted January 10, 2014 The network module is a software add on package that is activated when you select *Purchase Modules*. Please provide a screen capture of the *About* in the help tab for your ISY. This will help UDI to determine your firmware and modules that may already be installed. Teken . . . Link to comment
