Action Adjust Scene... in scene list is empty but I have scenes

I am attempting to have the light in a keypad reflect the status of my garage door.  From what I have read in the forum, this has to be done with a scene, so I have created "Kitchen Keypad A" scene with the keypad A as the only responder.

So, I have two scenes at this time:  Auto DR and Kitchen Keypad A.

I have an if statement that does a status check of the garage sensor.

Now I am attempting to do the Then action and selected "Adjust scene" as the action

The problem is that the "in scene" drop down is not working and will not show either scene.

I did restore the PLM because I found someone with a similar problem that it solved, but that did not resolve mine...

I also update to 4.2.10.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, this seem so simple :-)

Do not use Adjust Scene.

Turn the Scene On with "Set Scene xxxxx On" to turn On button LED; turn the Scene Off with "Set Scene xxxxx Off" to turn the button LED Off.

Jay,

You should use set scene on, not adjust scene.  If the sensor is on when the door opens, then just create a scene with the sensor as the controller and the A button as a responder.  You can do this with the 3 wire secolarm door sensor.   This should work better than a program.

Thank you!  I now see that you use:

Insteon set "scene name" on (or off)
