ISY 994/IR the red light flashes error and cannot be cleared

I'm having a problem with my new ISY994/IR  the red light flashes error and will not go
away after I cycle the power, the red error light still goes into blinking.

I tried a new 12vdc power supply, thinking maybe noise was causing the problem, but no luck with this either

Please advise what you may think it could be, Thank You

If Err is only blinking LED power off the unit and check the SD card to be sure it is seated correctly.

if Mem and Err blinking the ISY cannot connect to the Ethernet network.

and if I got POWER, RX and TX blue led ON STEADY.. and ERROR RED LED BLINKING? What is it?

Thanks Techman... I saw this table but any of the cases listed refers to my case. The closest is the FILE SYSTEM ERROR. I'm gonna try this steps and see what happens...

oh yes.. I did that.. I also changed the ISY by a new one and it's working... Seems it is the ISY System Error... gonna reset the SD Card and see if it solve....

Great... it's back..

I just took out the SD Card.. after some tries I could format it on my desktop...  Re-inserted it in Isy and it became working again.. I followed the instructions, updated to 4.2.18 and its working.. Thanks

Yes.. I'm just waiting to see how long this SD Card will survive. For sure I'll need to change it soon...
