My PLM on my ISY994i burned out and I got it replaced with SmartHome (Thanks!). I plugged in this new 2413s Powerlinc on my 994i ISY and I can't get any of my Insteon devices to function with my MobiLinc Pro or with my JAVA Admin Console. They both show all my devises but will not allow me to control them threw their interfaces. I get a error box "Failed Communication With" ...Cannot communicate with...  in my UD Admin Console I'm not sure how to get these all connected again with this new PLM.

Reboot the ISY then issue a File / Restore PLM from the admin console.
