I don't have replace a device option!

I need to replace a defective OutletLinc v.42 (2473).

I purchased an On/Off Outlet v.44 (2663 -222) for the replacement.

Problem is, I don't see any "replace with" option when I right click the old unit.

In fact, I don't see that option when I right click any device.

I have an ISY994i (1120) with v.4.2.28 firmware.

Do I need to upgrade to the PRO to get that function?

If I do need to upgrade, what's involved besides the $30. ?

Try  this: Right click on the device and select Remove from Folder.  The device should then move to the "root" folder.  Once in the root, right click on the device and you should see the replace option.

No you do not need the Pro version.

When you purchase the Pro upgrade. UDI just enables it on your unit and when it reboots. The Pro options will be available.

Did you add the new 2663-222 to the Administrative Console first?

The new (2663-222) has been added. It is in the root folder and shows an On-Off Top and an On-Off Bot.

When I remove the (2473) from the folder, I then do get the replace option.

But... It doesn't show the (2663-222) as a replacement.

Now what?
