Is the switch a CONTROLLER or RESPONDER in the scene definition?  You may need to remove it from the scene, and re-add it as CONTROLLER.

 

Given that your remotelinc button is a controller in that scene, do you also want the ON levels to change when activated by this button?

No just the light switch

The switch must be a Red Controller in a Scene to appear in the In Scene devices.  Only devices that have been defined as Red Controllers in a Scene are in the In Scene list.

That was the problem.  I changed them all to controllers, but only after I reopened the ISY would all the lights appear on the list.  I tested it and everything works great.
