Craigb Posted July 25, 2015 Posted July 25, 2015 Is there some trick to including this Zwave dual-switch device to the ISY? If I follow Leviton instructions and put the device into program mode, then include, it comes up in ISY as a controller with no clear way to continue the setup. The process of including this to the ISY also over-rides factory defaults in the VRCS2 and it no longer switches local loads.Looking at the event log, If I try to include the devices by pressing the individual switch buttons, the ISY sees the device, and collects Info2, Info4, and then seems to hang while getting Info7. In this case, the devices do not show up in the device tree, even after a syncronize all. The Zwave include window does close as part of this process, after Info4 is collected.ISY is running 4.2.30Zwave dongle version is 4.55 I last played with this device under an earlier version (ISY 4.2.18, Zwave 4.1.x), and somehow got it to see both devices. However, I grew frustrated with the project and deleted the devices/factory reset the zwave dongle. Now I have some time to put into this project, but can't get the device to enroll. The desired operation is each of the two switches shows up as a device in the tree; each device button controls one of the two local load switches
PurdueGuy Posted July 26, 2015 Posted July 26, 2015 I don't think this will work correctly (even if it shows up) until multichannel Z-Wave device support is added.
lithiumus Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 Don't mean to revive this from the dead... was hoping to use these switches with an ISY994... Are there any other single gang dual switches in either insteon or zwave?
Michel Kohanim Posted June 22, 2016 Posted June 22, 2016 Hi lithiumus, 5.0.x currently in alpha supports these. We should have another firmware release quite shortly which will add even more support. Again, 5.0.x is alpha. With kind regards, Michel
