Elk module install error

Hi There

I purchased the Elk module, and when I try to install it, it  comes up with an error: TCP client DNS error [www.universal-devices.com]

Your screenshot is covering the network settings. Since you've disabled DHCP, what is the DNS setting set to? Are the rest of the settings correct for your network?

As MWareman suggested, we need to know what DNS is being used. If you have configured your ISY with a static IP address, then:

1. Either revert to DHCP and use DHCP reservation in your router OR

2. Try changing the DNS to 8.8.4.4 (Googe's public DNS)

Thanks for the replies, I changed it back to DHCP and it worked.
