bconen Posted November 25, 2015 Posted November 25, 2015 I have a 6 button KPL that has been working for several years. Just recently when I push the main "off" button the light on Button A goes off. Buttons A and B are set to non-toggle on and buttons C and D are set to non-toggle off. If I press button A again, the light comes on. The main button and button A are not connected in any scenes. Any ideas?
paulbates Posted November 25, 2015 Posted November 25, 2015 I would try a factory reset and then use the admin console to restore device and retest. Sometimes insteon devices lose their way and need to be reprogrammed, and its a relatively quick procedure. The other possibility is that its going bad, but I have not witnessed this particular behavior before. What year did you buy it? Between 2011-2012, these had some manufacturing problems. Paul
