Automated backups via Portal

ISY should have two new checkboxes

 

1. Portal complete backup, allow the Portal to upload a complete ISY config backup
2. Portal Backup non-sensitive only, allow Portal to take automated remote backups omitting credentials, (passwords for email & network resources, ELK settings, etc).

I credit stusviews for mentioning the need for some way to automate ISY backups.

Unfortunately there's no easy way to exclude sensitive information from ISY backup. Once 5.0x and multi user is implemented, then this will be much easier.
