Echo and Z-Wave Kwikset Lock

I have a Kwikset Z-wave lock that I access and operate fine via the ISY web portal, admin console and the MobiLinc iPhone app and I can select it in the ISY Portal via Connectivity-Amazon Echo but then when I have the Amazon Echo app discover devices it will not find the Kwikset lock. Has anyone else had this issue and know if it is an ISY issue or Amazon Echo issue?

Create a program to control the lock and add the program to the portal (and Alexa app). Keep in mind the risk of using voice control for a lock.

If you add the earlier ISY skill you can "ask izzy" to lock, unlock or tell you the status of the lock. The lock will not be discovered but "izzy" will know about it.

I, too rely upon the ISY skill without problem for my Schlage lockset. The only downside, of course is having to invoke "IZZY."
