RYusko
Hello All, I recently installed a KeypadLinc 2334-2 and paired it with my ISY 99i/IR although I cannot see the A,B,C,D buttons in the Administrative Console. I've successfully installed te KeypadLinc 2486D in the past and do not seem to have the same issue. Could someone please help me understand why this is not working. Thank You Link to comment

RYusko
@Stusviews - I do not have that option Link to comment
stusviews
If you click on the KPL is there a set of options (at the bottom) that includes Buttons Grouping and Buttons Toggle Mode? Link to comment
RYusko
Yes I have both of those options Link to comment
stusviews
That certainly indicates that it's a KPL. And your KPL does not have a + to the left as these do? Link to comment
Techman
Is it possible that the 99i and/or the older UI doesn't support the firmware in the current KPL's? Link to comment

Brian H
Many of the presently sold Insteon modules are too new for the last released ISY99i firmware. 3.3.10 Your new module maybe too new and not supported. I believe the UDI ISY99i to ISY994i upgrade is still available. Link to comment
