I bought a half dozen eco link motion sensors and when I add them to the ISY they are showing up as Binary Sensors. Is this normal? The problem that I have is I use the ISY as a zwave gateway for CQC automation software and if the sensors dont show up as motion sensors in the ISY they wont be seen as such in my software.

Anyone? Thinking I might exclude and then include and see if I get a different result.

It does. Some but not all of them are reporting battery level as well.

Any luck here? I want to try zWave motion sensors in a secondary location where wiring will be impossible to run, but I need the ISY to be able to detect motion in the room.

They work fine in the isy. Not within CQC.
