All Programs Have Disappeared!

I have a ISY 994I with a very extensive Insteon installation. My ISY has been working flawlessly with no attention from me for quite a while. Recently logged on for the first time in a long while to add some new devices and to do some tweaking to my programs. Alas, when I went to the Programs tab (in the Administrative Console), it is nonresponsive and completely blank! Very disconcerting. When I go to UD Ajax, my programs do show up, but when I switch from there to the Home Automation Dashboard, again no programs to be seen. All devices show up in all three places. I tried resetting the ISY with no luck. I would appreciate any suggestions.

I'm not sure what you mean by "resetting the ISY," but the usual procedure is to unplug both the ISY and PLM, wait about 10 sec, power up the PLM first, wait again, then apply power to the ISY. Wait until all LED activity stops. Which LEDs remain lit?

In addition to excellent suggestion from stusviews, I suspect your UI has an expired certificate. Please follow the instructions here:
