Hi

I upgraded to the Venstar version 5 and I am experiencing this error. 

2017-09-12 02:17:53 - ISY Error: Status 404 (FAILED): ns/2/nodes/n002_ven1_s01/report/status/ST/71.0/14

I loaded the new nodesetup zip file and had restarted both NodeLink and the ISY several times but NodeLink stops updating the ISY after some time. I am at v 5.0.10 on the ISY. Any sugestios?

I just did the Install ISY Nodes again and I get an addition node called space. Things seem to work now but will watch to see if stops again.

Gary, that looks like what happens when the Install ISY Nodes button needs to be pressed. I think doing that got it for you.

 

If it was still a problem, you would have also noticed the ISY information for the venstar to be frozen or empty. If its updating, you can see the fan being switched on and off, hearbeat.. then you're good now

In my case it initially started polling and filled the Venstar panel with correct information, but latter I noticed that the heartbeat wasn't changing. I had done the Install ISY Nodes several times but didn't notice the Space Temp node before. Anyway it's still working so hopefully problem solved.
