But this last one that I am trying to add I get the following issue: In the admin console, I go to Z-wave then Add. I can also exclude the device successfully, and try to add again, but same problem. The devices never show up in the tree, though the ISY seems to remember them. When I Sync New & Deleted Nodes I get this output for it. I have the exact same model already working and I can remove and add it. But this last one that was part of my order doesn't seem to work to connect. Shd I send you some trace information ? Or do I need a reset ? I was trying to avoid a reset and re-enroll of all my devices -Stephan

stusviews Posted September 19, 2017 Posted September 19, 2017 What you posted shows adding first, then excluding. My suggestion was the reverse, exclude before include. In particular, after selecting exclude and pressing the device button, usually once or twice rapidly, the exclude panel should close if the exclude was successful.

I did remove it first before adding when I did my testrun because I know it sometimes works in that case, but I did not capture the logs. Because of that I did not write it down in my earlier post.

FYI for anyone who is interested: I opened a support ticket with UDI and Michael figured out that I hit the node limits of the basic version. Unfortunately the logs didn't say anything about that I upgraded now to the pro version and I can successfully add that device now 1
